Riggs CAT Service Department offers field service representatives that will travel to your location when YOU need them. In addition, we offer exceptional in-shop services and customer service agreements that help you manage your maintenance. Whether you need a minor repair, or are interested in a full engine rebuild, we offer it all.
Riggs CAT Parts Department has gone to great lengths to ensure we stock a comprehensive inventory of the Cat® parts our customers need. We continuously monitor and review the equipment our customers own, determine the most common required parts for those machines, and then compare those items to our on-hand inventory. We add additional inventory often, in order to meet the needs of our customers based on these findings. The result? We now stock nearly 51,000+ line items statewide! If we don’t have the part you need, we can get it within 24 hours.
