Field Service
Our highly trained technicians and fully equipped service trucks are ready to come to you when you need it most. Using proprietary state-of-the-art tools, we can help you keep your equipment in top condition. From routine oil changes to complete component repair or replacement, our trained and certified technicians inspect, diagnose and repair your equipment in the field.
Customer Value Agreement
What’s a CVA? It’s a hassle-free ownership plan to get the most from your Cat® equipment. Preventive maintenance and parts, plus mobile machine health management, are all included and can roll in with your monthly machine payment.
Our Service Warranty
Riggs Cat Basic Workmanship Warranty is 90 days, unless other programs are applied or noted. Riggs Cat will warrant labor and parts for 12 months from installation date to the first user if the part was installed by Riggs Cat.
